Anne Nolan is a seasoned non-executive director and the Chairperson of the board of Bonafi Limited. She currently sits on the board of Ryanair Holdings and recently concluded her tenure on the Cricket Ireland board in 2022.
Anne chaired the Irish Aviation Authority from 2010-2018 and previously served as its non-executive director from 2006-2010. She has held board positions with the Irish Medicines Board, Food Safety Authority of Ireland, and chaired their Audit Committees. Further roles include being on the council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland, boards of Smurfit Business School, the US-Ireland Council's Irish Chapter, AESGP, and the EFPIA's Executive Committee.
Professionally, Anne was the CEO/Company Secretary of the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association Ltd. from 1994-2014. Her career includes managing the Shankill Pharmacy, roles in pharmaceutical wholesaling, and as Healthcare Group Director with the Federation of Irish Chemical Industries.
For a quarter-century, she lectured in Management Science at Trinity College Dublin's School of Pharmacy. Anne earned a B.Sc in Pharmacy from Trinity College in 1982 and an MBA from University College Dublin in 1993, along with other qualifications in aviation leasing, finance, and governance.
Outside her professional endeavors, Anne is an avid sports enthusiast, competing in both golf and tennis.
